There is no need to travel great distances from Beaver County to obtain additional credentials through higher education.  The Beaver County School district has combined distance learning technologies with institutions of higher learning across the state to provide the opportunity to further your education without leaving town.

Beaver County is less than an hour away from Southern Utah University where many programs are available in a broad range of subjects. Southern Utah University, in the past has worked hard to meet the needs of local employers in training prospective employees.

Dixie State College is less than 90 minutes from all major communities in Beaver County.
